Bromley & Lewisham Mind are working in partnership with South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) to develop an innovative new Primary Care Enhanced Mental Health Service for Lewisham.

The integrated team will provide support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary care setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

We are looking for a Mental Adviser to work alongside Bromley & Lewisham Mind and SLaM colleagues to deliver this service.

As part of an effective Information Advice and Guidance team you will have the caseload management experience and skills to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support and IAG on a wide range of social issues including housing, employment, and socialising, liaising appropriately with specialists and professionals.
